CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
1.Before 30 days of the trip date 50% of trip cost will be refunded.
2.Within 30 days of the trip date NO REFUND.
3.If the flight does not take place from Nepalgunj due to bad weather or any other technical / mechanical reasons, and / or Government orders, ₹25,000/-for Windows seat and ₹12,000/- for Aisle seat per person will be refunded.
4.If after the flying we could not reach the Kaiilash region due to weather conditions and aircraft returns to Nepalgunj, ₹9,000/- per person will be refunded.
5.REFUNDS TAKE MINIMUM 30 WORKING DAYS.

6. NO COMPENSATION FOR ANY LOSSES(LIKE FIGHT CHARGES, EXTRA ACCOMMODATION, MEALS, ETC) DUE TO INCREMENT IN TRIP DURATION, . ALL TO BEARED BY THE PASSENGERS AT THEIR OWN COST.

    We take payments in our current bank account in the name of ‘Enchant Aviation’ in Bank of Baroda, Indird Nagar Colony, Dehradun branch only or in our Google Pay Business Account QR code in name of ‘Enchant Aviation’ only. NO OTHER BANK / UPI ACCOUNTS ARE AUTHORIZED BY US TO TAKE PAYMENT ON OUR BEHALF.

    INCLUSIONS

    Pickup from Charbagh Railway Station or Airport in Lucknow. (BETWEEN 9:00AM TO 11:00AM)
    Breakfast & freshen up facility in Lucknow on group sharing (20 mins for each group).
    Lucknow – Nepalgunj – Lucknow road transport by AC Innova or similar sgement car (5Pax sharing)-Dzire or similar sgement car (3 Pax Sharing) Departure time 12:00PM, Lunch ex-route.
    Nepalgunj – Kailash Aerial flight ticket.
    Accommodation for 2 nights in Nepalgunj in Hotel Siddarth (or a silimar category hotel). Welcome non alcoholic drink of arrival day.
    All meals (Veg, on a fixed menu basis) from Day 1 to Day 3. Morning bed tea, Evening tea.
    E-Rickshaw in Nepalgunj (From Bageshwari temple to car parking or Hotel)

    EXCLUSIONS

    Any transport arrangements / fare to reach and leave Lucknow.
    Any item/s of personal consumption like mineral water, medicines, phone call bills etc.
    Any tips to drivers, airline staff, hotel staff, priets etc.
    Any medical / personal insurance.
    Any extra eating orders, laundry charges etc in the Hotel.
    Dinner on Day 3 is NOT INCLUDED.
    Any return / further changes journey ticets / compensation etc- due to cancellation of kailash flight.
    Any Service / Item not mentioned in the ‘Inclusions’ section above.
